The Role: Lead Digital Transformation Projects
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of our Digital Transformation practice within Financial Services. You will play a hands-on role in delivering complex projects, working directly with clients to translate strategic visions into actionable plans and successful implementations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Delivery: Leading specific workstreams or modules within large-scale digital transformation programmes. This will involve conducting detailed analysis, designing innovative solutions, developing clear implementation roadmaps, and supporting the execution phase.
- Client Engagement: Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at various levels, facilitating workshops, and presenting findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

- Experience: Typically 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, or a blend of consulting and significant in-house digital transformation/change management experience within financial services.
- Digital Transformation Expertise: Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, ideally within banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Financial Services Knowledge: A solid grasp of the operational, regulatory, and competitive landscape within the financial services sector.
- Consulting Toolkit: Demonstrable proficiency in consulting methodologies, including process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and change adoption strategies.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with the capacity to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights. Superb written and verbal communication skills are essential.
