We’re seeking an Endpoint Security Engineer to join our End User Experience (EUE) team, supporting a range of high-profile clients. This is a fully on-site role offering excellent opportunities to develop your technical skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and secure endpoints using Ivanti Device Application Control (IDAC) and/or Defend Point.
- Support OS and application deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting via SCCM.
- Complete assigned project and Non-Standard Request (NSR) tasks on time.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in IDAC or Defend Point (essential).
- Understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, NTFS permissions, shared folder security).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
