What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams
- Driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration
- Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence
- Removing blockers and ensuring teams stay focused and high-performing
What We’re Looking For
- 5–6 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience (ideally in FinTech or financial services)
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred
