This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing engineering role focused on supporting enterprise customers through the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing success of modern cloud security and networking solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise secure network environments across large‑scale enterprise infrastructures. This role would suit someone with a strong networking and cybersecurity background who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and operating within fast‑moving enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers
  • Support the deployment, optimisation, and ongoing success of SASE solutions
  • Lead technical implementation and configuration activities across customer environments
  • Provide guidance around platform adoption, best practice, and long‑term architecture
  • Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues across cloud and enterprise environments

  • Strong troubleshooting experience within live production environments
