This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing engineering role focused on supporting enterprise customers through the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing success of modern cloud security and networking solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise secure network environments across large‑scale enterprise infrastructures. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers
