Key Responsibilities:
- Practice Leadership: Develop and execute the strategy for the Data & AI consulting pillar, establishing a strong market presence.
- Business Development: Identify, shape, and close new consulting opportunities within Data & AI, leveraging existing networks and market insights.
- Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, advising on their data and AI transformation journeys.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing consulting team to deliver outstanding client solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other senior leaders to integrate Data & AI capabilities into the wider consulting offering.

- A strong track record in business origination, including identifying and securing new consulting engagements.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at C-suite and senior executive levels.
