We are currently recruiting for a Supplier Tooling Governance Support Analyst to support a busy Strategic Procurement & Planning team based in Peterborough. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the governance and management of supplier-held tooling across a global supply chain. Working closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure tooling records remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, while supporting wider business objectives around supply continuity, risk management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Tooling Governance & Operational Support
- Respond to day-to-day queries within the Supplier Tooling Management System (STMS)
- Validate, maintain, and update tooling records to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor supplier-held tooling information and proactively identify risks or discrepancies
- Support governance processes and compliance activities
- Process & Documentation
- Create, update, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)
- Manage governance templates, process documentation, and reference materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process alignment activities
- Supplier & Stakeholder Support
- Assist with supplier enquiries relating to tooling governance
- Support procurement teams with tooling ownership and compliance-related queries
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Governance & Audit Support
- Support governance reviews, meetings, and audit preparation activities
- Prepare data and supporting documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews
- Help maintain audit readiness and strong governance standards

- Previous purchasing, procurement, or supplier management experience
- Understanding of supplier tooling concepts and governance processes
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
