Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring world-class engine performance and emissions compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Performance & Emissions Certification Engineer to join our high-profile Certification team in Peterborough. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering engine testing to meet global emissions standards, working with cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and test operations.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and execute performance & emissions testing for engines ranging from 0.5L to 7.1L.
- Conduct or direct high-quality engine tests, ensuring compliance with emissions regulations.
- Analyse and validate test data for accuracy, integrity, and regulatory adherence.
- Write and present technical reports detailing test procedures and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Performance Systems Integration and Regulatory Compliance teams to meet key certification targets.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Strong experience with combustion engine and aftertreatment calibration testing.
- Proven background in engine performance and emissions certification.
- Sound knowledge of nonroad emissions regulations and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in data systems such as CANape and Gryphon.
