83zero are partnered with a leading global technology organisation looking to hire a Network Security Consultant with strong SASE expertise to join their growing technical services team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role focused on supporting enterprise customers through the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing success of modern cloud security and networking solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers design, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimise secure network environments across large-scale enterprise infrastructures. This role would suit someone with a strong networking and cybersecurity background who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and operating within fast-moving enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers
- Support the deployment, optimisation, and ongoing success of SASE solutions
- Lead technical implementation and configuration activities across customer environments
- Provide guidance around platform adoption, best practice, and long-term architecture
- Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues across cloud and enterprise environments
- Support integration into wider infrastructure and operational workflows
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to resolve technical challenges
- Identify risks and proactively support customer success outcomes
- Deliver technical workshops and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience
- Strong background in networking and cybersecurity engineering
- Experience working with SASE or cloud-delivered security technologies
- Solid understanding of routing protocols including BGP and OSPF
- Hands-on experience with:
- Firewalls
- VPN technologies including IPSec and SSL
- Authentication technologies including SAML, LDAP, and RADIUS
- Experience supporting enterprise customer environments and complex infrastructures
- Strong troubleshooting experience within live production environments
- Comfortable balancing hands-on technical delivery with customer-facing consulting
- Experience working within fast-paced, customer-driven environments
Experience Required
- Typically 5+ years within technical support, consulting, customer success, or engineering roles
- Background across network security, cloud security, or infrastructure engineering
