Overview
We are working with a high-performing, IP-led management consultancy that partners with senior executives to design and deliver large-scale business transformation programmes across Global Business Services (GBS), Finance and enterprise support functions. As part of a growing UK & European transformation practice, the firm is strengthening its capability across GBS, Shared Services, Finance Transformation and Digital Operating Models. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-suite leaders, shaping and executing complex change programmes that deliver measurable performance improvement.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, delivery leadership and deep functional expertise, with the gravitas to operate at senior stakeholder level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver business transformation workstreams or end-to-end consulting engagements, from diagnostic through to implementation
- Design and facilitate client working sessions, workshops and executive discussions
- Produce high-quality, insight-led deliverables that influence decision-making
- Support business development activity, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals
- Apply structured change management approaches to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes
- Work across UK, European and international clients, collaborating with diverse teams

- Proven track record delivering management consulting or transformation projects
- Experience leading workstreams and managing stakeholders through delivery
