Commercial Performance Support

  • Identify key trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
  • Translate data into practical business recommendations
  • Support stakeholders with clear and actionable reporting outputs
  • Partner with ecommerce and commercial teams across multiple markets

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-Have Skills
  • Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation
  • Hands-on dashboarding and reporting experience
  • Experience working with ecommerce or Amazon performance data
  • Ability to analyse data and provide clear top-line narrative/commentary
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience within CPG/FMCG, retail, or ecommerce businesses
  • Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
  • Broader insights or analytical storytelling experience

We’re looking for someone who can confidently work with data day-to-day, build practical reporting solutions, and communicate the story behind the numbers in a clear and concise way. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
