We’re hiring multiple AWS Cloud Native DevOps Engineers to join a high-performing engineering practice delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions across some of the UK’s most complex and mission-critical environments.

The Role:
- Design, build, and optimise secure AWS cloud environments
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
- Deploy and manage containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch
- Improve platform scalability, resilience, automation, and security posture
- Work within Agile delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Contribute to DevSecOps best practices and Zero Trust security models
What We’re Looking For:
- AWS infrastructure deployment and management
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Pulumi)
- Scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- AWS networking knowledge (VPCs, subnets, security groups)
- Monitoring, logging, and observability tooling
- Strong troubleshooting and optimisation skills
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments
