Own the territory. Build the channel. Get paid properly for winning. If you’re a true enterprise hunter who thrives on autonomy, pace, and accountability — this is one of the most compelling roles in the UK backup/data-protection market right now.

We’re partnered with a high-growth challenger vendor in backup & storage, consistently displacing legacy platforms in upper mid-market and enterprise accounts. The difference here is simple: this isn’t “hope and hype” growth — it’s repeatable performance, backed by numbers, customer momentum, and profitability.

This role will see you own the South West, Part Midlands and some of the South East Territory.

Market Momentum You Can Credibly Sell

You’ll be joining a business that has recently delivered:

  • A record quarter and record year
  • 20 consecutive quarters of being P&L positive, EBITDA positive, and free-cash-flow positive — extremely rare in this market
  • A 70%+ competitive win rate, regularly beating the traditional players
  • Over 200 new customers in a single quarter, including multiple six-figure and seven-figure enterprise deals
  • A global customer base approaching 5,000 active customers
  • Consistent industry recognition and awards for backup innovation, ransomware recovery, and channel execution

This is a story that resonates with enterprise buyers and serious partners — because it’s real.

What’s on Offer

OTE: £180,000 – £200,000+ (50/50 split)

  • Commission: Fully uncapped, with accelerators beyond 100%
  • Quarterly Bonus: Additional $10k USD for hitting quarterly target
  • Car Allowance: ÂŁ780 per month (ÂŁ9,360 per year)
  • Equity: Eligibility for company stock grants
  • Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
  • Private Medical: Health & dental (75% reimbursement) + life insurance
  • Pension: Company contribution up to 4%

This is a proper enterprise sales package, built to reward performance.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of a high-value UK territory, with a mandate to build pipeline, scale channel impact, and drive consistent enterprise revenue.

Key focus areas:
  • Drive new-logo enterprise business from prospecting through to close
  • Build and enable net-new VAR and distribution partners — not inherited relationships
  • Maintain tight discipline around forecasting, deal hygiene, and execution
  • Create a repeatable territory plan that delivers quarter-on-quarter growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales
  • Background in backup, storage, or data-protection solutions (ideally with a vendor)
  • Strong experience in channel-led selling — signing, enabling, and growing partners
  • Experience with direct end user selling
  • High urgency, resilience, and a genuine hunter mentality
  • Comfortable running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Why This Role Stands Out

You’re not joining a business “trying to make it” — you’re joining one that is already profitable, scaling, and winning. The territory gives you real ownership, without the risk of pushing an unproven product. Uncapped upside with accelerators and quarterly kickers that genuinely reward over-performance. High visibility, strong leadership support, and a culture that values execution over noise.

If you’re motivated by growth, autonomy, and the chance to outperform the market, this role deserves your attention. Want to make a difference in your next role? APPLY NOW!
