Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant - £60-70k base


We’re looking for a Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant to join a progressive, fast-growing consulting business.


This is an internal role working closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines. You’ll take full ownership of the hiring process — from understanding job specifications and sourcing talent, to screening, interviewing, managing the candidate journey through to offer, close, and onboarding.


  • Location: London Bridge (3–4 days per week in the office)
  • Salary: £60,000–£70,000 base
