An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading global manufacturing organisation. This is a true partnering role, offering the chance to support a dedicated client group while influencing both operational and strategic people initiatives. Working closely with site leadership, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management and employee relations across a busy operational environment.

The Role As HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with operational leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
  • Lead succession planning and workforce planning activities.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to support business decision-making.
  • Coach and support managers on people policies and best practice.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Trade Union representatives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes.
