The Role As HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
- Lead succession planning and workforce planning activities.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to support business decision-making.
- Coach and support managers on people policies and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Trade Union representatives.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR processes.
