We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within a highly regulated environment.
You will work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI-driven capabilities, collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and innovation.
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements.
You will lead technical implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, driving best practices across development, integration, automation and platform governance.
The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations and modern AI-enabled Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Develop scalable applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce platform technologies.
- Implement Salesforce customisations, workflows, approvals, security controls and automation.
- Design and develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events and enterprise integration patterns.
- Develop reusable Apex classes, controllers, triggers and framework components.
- Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within Salesforce.
- Implement SOQL, SOSL and dynamic query solutions.
- Write high-quality unit tests and maintain strong code coverage.
- Support Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application, integration and platform issues.
- Work with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical delivery across data migration, integrations, custom development and third-party applications.
- Contribute to development standards, code reviews and continuous improvement.

- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Design System.
- Experience designing and implementing Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions.
- Strong Salesforce administration, configuration, implementation and development experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale Experience Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in Salesforce customisation, security models, workflow approvals, validation rules and data management.
- Strong Apex development experience, including classes, controllers, triggers, Visualforce and web services.
- Experience developing Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, dynamic queries and performance optimisation.
- Experience writing unit tests and applying code quality and coverage best practices.
- Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and Future Methods.
- Experience with Connected Apps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD and deployment tooling.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modelling and enterprise application development.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
