This is not a research role—this is about building and deploying AI solutions that actually get used. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, cloud, and machine learning, helping take ideas from concept through to production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, build, and deploy AI / ML models into production environments
  • Work across the full lifecycle: data → model → deployment → optimisation
  • Fine-tune and integrate LLMs into real business workflows
  • Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to productionise solutions
  • Build scalable pipelines and APIs to support AI applications
  • Contribute to architecture decisions across AI and cloud environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building and deploying ML / AI solutions in production
  • Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines and engineering principles
  • Exposure to LLMs / GenAI (fine-tuning, prompt design, RAG, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MLOps tooling (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
  • Knowledge of vector databases / embeddings
  • Experience building APIs or microservices
  • Consulting or client-facing experience
