We are looking for a client-facing Engagement Manager / Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of three parallel agile squads, driving day-to-day delivery for a high-profile programme in the Warrington area.
What you will be doing:
- Leading multiple agile squads as hands-on Scrum Master
- Acting as the primary client interface, owning delivery, cadence and outcomes
- Driving Power BI delivery into live production environments
- Leading mixed, cross-functional agile teams (onshore/offshore)
What we are looking for:
- Proven agile delivery / scrum mastery in complex environments
- Strong client-facing engagement management experience
- Hands-on Power BI delivery experience (end-to-end, not just dashboards)
- SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC clearance
- Comfortable working on-site 3-4 days per week (4 ideal)
