Programme Delivery Manager – Digital Transformation

Location: UK-wide with hybrid working (2–3 days/week client-site travel)

Salary: £100,000 base salary plus benefits, perks, healthcare options and bonus!

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Clearance Requirements: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required

Are you an experienced engagement leader ready to drive complex digital transformations at scale? We\’re looking for an Engagement Manager to lead high-value, multi-cloud digital programmes and deliver real business impact for top-tier clients.

Join a fast-growing Digital Customer Experience team focused on delivering innovative solutions across cloud platforms, user-centred design, content management systems, and agile product development. You’ll work in a forward-thinking, cloud-first environment backed by both onshore and offshore delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the successful delivery of major digital transformation programmes (multi-cloud, multi-tower).
  • Building and managing cross-functional delivery teams (50–100+ people) across multiple geographies.
  • Taking full commercial and financial ownership of engagements, managing budgets of £1–£8m.
  • Owning client relationships and contracts – from Statements of Work to complex change requests.
  • Collaborating with Account and Practice leadership to shape, secure and deliver new opportunities.
  • Coaching and mentoring delivery teams to support growth and best practice.
  • Championing Agile, DevOps, and scalable delivery methodologies.
  • Engaging with C-Suite and senior stakeholders to drive client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in programme, project or portfolio delivery in a consulting or large enterprise environment.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with experience delivering a range of contract models (Fixed Fee, T&M, Value-based).
  • A strong grasp of Agile/DevOps delivery for complex engagements.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Salesforce, Pega, Adobe, etc.
  • Confident managing large teams and navigating diverse delivery models.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across the UK
