The Opportunity
We're working with an exciting, fast-growing Telco start-up developing next-generation connectivity solutions across Private 5G, Enterprise Wireless, Open RAN, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), MNO environments and intelligent network automation. They are looking for a Technical Project Director to take senior ownership of the delivery of complex telecom and network programmes, working across engineering, technology partners, customers and internal stakeholders. This is a senior technical leadership position for someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery level - taking complex requirements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring solutions are successfully integrated, tested, deployed and accepted.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership across complex telecom and network projects from initiation through to delivery and customer acceptance.
- Own technical delivery strategy, architecture alignment, engineering dependencies, risks and technical milestones.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across RAN, 4G/5G Core, IP/Transport.
