83zero is seeking a hands‑on RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer to support the deployment, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of LTE, 5G, and Private 5G network solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge wireless technologies, supporting projects from initial deployment through customer acceptance and operational handover.

Detailed Job Description

As a RAN Deployment & Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering next‑generation wireless network projects within enterprise, industrial, and telecommunications environments.

You will be responsible for deploying and integrating radio access network (RAN) solutions across multi‑vendor infrastructures, ensuring services are configured, tested, optimized, and delivered to the highest standards.

Working closely with engineering, operations, project management, and customer teams, you will perform commissioning activities, troubleshoot integration issues, validate network performance, and ensure successful service activation.

The role requires strong technical expertise in LTE and 5G technologies, practical field engineering experience, and a passion for telecom innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, commission, and integrate LTE, 5G, and Private 5G RAN solutions.
  • Support end-to-end network deployment activities from installation through acceptance testing.
  • Configure and validate radio network equipment and associated network elements.

  • Troubleshoot RAN, transport, and integration issues within multi‑vendor environments.
