We’re hiring an E-Commerce Data & Analytics Manager to support a fast-growing digital business across Amazon, Marketplaces, and DTC channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly confident working with Excel, dashboarding, and ecommerce performance data, with experience turning large datasets into clear, commercially useful reporting.
We’re looking for someone hands-on and analytical — someone who enjoys building dashboards, improving reporting processes, and spotting key performance trends — rather than a pure insights or strategy specialist. You’ll work closely with Ecommerce, Commercial, and Digital teams to deliver accurate reporting, scalable dashboards, and top-line performance commentary that helps drive faster, smarter decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain dashboards across Amazon, marketplaces, and DTC channels
- Create scalable and user-friendly reporting solutions for ecommerce teams
- Analyse key ecommerce KPIs including:
- Share trends
- Digital shelf metrics
- Media performance
- Deliver concise top-line commentary and performance summaries alongside reporting
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance
- Work with multiple data sources to create a unified performance view
- Improve reporting automation and reduce manual processes
- Support the development and optimisation of reporting tools and workflows
- Use tools including:
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Amazon and ecommerce analytics platforms
- Identify key trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Translate data into practical business recommendations
- Support stakeholders with clear and actionable reporting outputs
- Partner with ecommerce and commercial teams across multiple markets
What We’re Looking For
- Must-Have Skills
- Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups, formulas, and data manipulation
- Hands-on dashboarding and reporting experience
- Experience working with ecommerce or Amazon performance data
- Ability to analyse data and provide clear top-line narrative/commentary
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience within CPG/FMCG, retail, or ecommerce businesses
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
- Broader insights or analytical storytelling experience
We’re looking for someone who can confidently work with data day-to-day, build practical reporting solutions, and communicate the story behind the numbers in a clear and concise way. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
