Key Responsibilities

  • Entrepreneurial Growth & Practice Leadership: Develop and lead the overarching strategy for Digital PMO offerings in alignment with organisational goals. Develop and commercialise scalable service offerings that can combine advisory with hands-on implementation. Lead market engagement, drive sales pursuits, and build long-term client relationships. Represent the firm as a thought leader through speaking engagements, industry partnerships, and publications.
  • Client Delivery & Execution Leadership: You will lead the delivery of digital PMO strategy and project controls programmes, acting as the primary interface with client stakeholders. From shaping strategic roadmaps to implementing cost, schedule, risk, and performance systems, you will ensure solutions are tailored to client needs. Your focus will be on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes while embedding sustainable ways of working through close collaboration and strong relationship management.
  • Digital Innovation & Solutions Development: Lead the design and implementation of digital PMO solutions, including advanced analytics, real-time dashboards, automation, and integrated controls platforms. Champion the adoption of modern project delivery and controls tools such as EcoSys, ARES PRISM, Oracle Primavera, Power BI, and Planisware. Support clients through the full lifecycle of digital tool selection, configuration, customisation, and deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals. Maintain a forward-looking view of emerging trends in construction technology, digital PMO, and data integration to ensure client solutions remain future-ready and resilient.
  • Team Development & Capability Building: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of delivery consultants, analysts, and technical specialists. Establish methodologies and delivery frameworks for consistent, high-quality execution. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mentor emerging leaders and invest in developing future talent.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Business Development: Strong commercial instincts with a track record of growing client portfolios and winning new work.
  • Personal Effectiveness, Influence & Communication: Demonstrated experience delivering complex, tech-enabled project controls programmes across infrastructure or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of project controls technologies (e.g., EcoSys, ARES PRISM, Power BI, Oracle Primavera, Planisware), data modelling, and integration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years in project controls, digital delivery, or construction technology, with at least 5 years in a consulting or leadership role involving delivery accountability.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Data/Systems Engineering, or related fields. MBA or advanced tech credentials are a plus.
