Industry Lead – Energy & Utilities (AI & Data Solutions)

Location: Hybrid London

A small and growing consulting firm is seeking a high-impact Industry Lead to drive growth and client success in the Energy & Utilities (E&U) sector, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Water segment.

About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing role that combines consulting expertise, business development, and deep industry knowledge to deliver transformational AI and Data solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, owning senior client relationships, and leading the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the firm to senior stakeholders in the E&U sector
  • Develop and execute business development plans with a focus on AI and Data solutions
  • Engage C-level clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new opportunities
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and partners to ensure client success

  • Proven consulting background with a strong track record in client delivery and commercial success
