The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, Global consulting firm known for helping organisations translate strategy into measurable operational and commercial outcomes .
They are looking to appoint a Value Lead — a senior professional who works alongside Partners and commercial leaders to shape winning client solutions during the pursuit phase.
This role sits at the crossroads of commercial thinking, solution design, and operational realism . You will help ensure that what is sold is not only compelling, but grounded in how complex organisations actually change and perform.
What You\’ll Do
Work closely with Partners and Account Executives to shape pursuit strategy and client solutions
Translate operational challenges into clear value cases and outcome-led propositions
Build and test commercial logic, benefit cases, and investment narratives
Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and senior-level discussions
Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with client teams (often multilingual)
Apply operational judgement to challenge scope, assumptions, and delivery approach
Help ensure proposed solutions are credible, executable, and value-led
Support early engagement transition where helpful, without owning delivery accountability
We are looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with operational consulting credibility , likely bringing experience from:
Consulting roles focused on performance improvement, transformation, or execution
Value engineering or solution-shaping roles supporting complex consulting pursuits
Industry operators who have worked closely with consultants on operational change
