Day rate: £400 - £500
Location: London x2 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within FIS ACBS
- Customize and enhance ACBS Loan IQ / ACBS core modules (depending on platform scope)
- Develop and support Java / J2EE-based ACBS components
- Build and maintain interfaces between ACBS and upstream/downstream systems
- Perform batch processing, reporting, and data extraction activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform migrations
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with FIS ACBS
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, and related frameworks
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, or DB2 databases
- Knowledge of ACBS APIs, batch jobs, and reporting tools
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MQ)
- Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
