The Role
You’ll be at the heart of indirect procurement—one day coordinating the refurbishment of a canteen, the next sourcing paint for a new project. You’ll manage category strategies, negotiate contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and identify opportunities for cost savings, inventory efficiency, and quality improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute category purchasing strategies for indirect goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and supplier terms with confidence.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams at all levels to meet strategic objectives.
- Analyse purchasing data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid purchasing experience, ideally in indirect procurement.
- Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI experience a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player.
