Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for payments and a drive to turn complex requirements into smart, scalable solutions? I’m currently partnered with a global fintech that’s reshaping how money moves through innovative, secure, and instant payment platforms. They’re now looking for a permanent Business Analyst to join their high-performing Product & Technology team.

The Role

You’ll be instrumental in delivering a next-generation global payments platform, supporting pre-paid card services and enhancing the customer experience. Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into actionable deliverables and help optimise and automate payment flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down large features into manageable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements
  • Map and visualise business processes to highlight improvements
  • Support agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and drive operational excellence across squads

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within fintech, payments, or a fast-paced tech environment
  • Strong understanding of payment lifecycles – authorisation, settlement, reconciliation, fraud monitoring
  • Confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, defining user stories, and managing delivery
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and collaboration

Package & Benefits:

  • Permanent role
  • £60,000–£65,000 base salary
  • 10% annual bonus
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the London office, 3 days remote
