Join our clients global Order Management Support team and play a key role in supporting the systems that manage construction and mining equipment orders worldwide. This is a hands-on, technical role with daily problem-solving, global collaboration, and exposure to major digital transformation projects.
What You’ll Do
- Support global users with SAP, Salesforce, MSF and other order management platforms
- Manage and resolve technical/system queries and tickets
- Translate business requirements into clear IT and process documentation
- Support testing, UAT, go-live and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain order, invoicing, and system support documentation
- Collaborate with international teams across seven countries
What You’ll Need
- Experience with orders and invoicing
- System experience with SAP or CMOPS
- Salesforce experience
- 2+ years relevant industry experience (manufacturing/automotive ideal)
- Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to manage workload independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or similar
