AI Transformation Engineer We're looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to help redesign how a growing organisation operates using AI, automation, data and modern technology. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst, Consultancy or internal IT role. You'll embed directly with teams across Finance, People, Sales, Customer and Operations, understand how work really gets done, identify friction and then design and build better ways of working. You'll own problems end-to-end: Discover, Design, Build, Deploy, Measure, Scale What you'll be doing Identify inefficient processes, bottlenecks and opportunities for transformation. Understand how data, systems, people and processes connect across the organisation. Design and build AI-enabled solutions including agents, copilots, automated workflows, dashboards, integration's and internal applications. Prototype quickly and turn successful ideas into production-ready solutions. Integrate existing SaaS and enterprise platforms using APIs and modern data approaches. Redesign processes rather than simply automating what already exists. Work closely with operational teams and senior leadership to drive adoption.
