WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Leading end-to-end service design activities, from initial discovery through to implementation and delivery.
- Designing and shaping innovative digital services around user needs and business objectives.
- Applying GDS standards, accessibility requirements and inclusive design principles.
- Planning and facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, co-design activities and design sprints.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI Designers, User Researchers, Product Owners and Developers.
- Using research, insights and service mapping to identify opportunities and improve customer experiences.
- Supporting and mentoring junior designers while contributing to the wider design community.

- Proven experience operating as a Senior Service Designer within complex digital transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of GDS standards and user-centred design principles.
- Experience leading service design projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
