Working as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional commercial talent that will help drive business growth across multiple international markets. - Recruit Sales professionals across the UK and EMEA markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different countries and business units.
- Source exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and multiple premium job boards.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across German-speaking and wider EMEA markets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Utilise market insights and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on hiring trends and availability.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about finding exceptional talent and thrives in a fast-paced international environment.
- Fluent or Business level German and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Ideally experience recruiting Sales or Commercial professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
