We're looking for an experienced RAN Deployment Integration Engineer with strong LTE/5G experience to join our team and play a key role in the deployment, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of multi-vendor RAN networks. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with hands-on experience across Mobile Networks, Private 5G and Enterprise Wireless Networks, who enjoys solving technical challenges and seeing projects through from deployment to customer handover.
The Role
As a RAN Deployment Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and integration of advanced wireless networks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and integrating RAN equipment, including:
- Baseband Units (BBU)
- Indoor Radio Units (IRU)
- Radio Dots
- Remote Radio Units (RRU/RRH)
- 5G Radio Units
- Performing radio commissioning and integration.
- Configuring cells, frequencies, radio parameters and network features.
- Performing radio software loading and upgrades.
- Validating synchronisation, coverage, mobility and connectivity.
