About the RoleJoin our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions that transform how our clients engage with customers and employees. You'll work across Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows to drive seamless, modern interactions.
What You'll Do

Design & develop ServiceNow workflow apps (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, ITAM).

Build intuitive experiences with ServiceNow's Next Experience UI, UI Builder & Service Portal.

Lead integrations with CRMs, HR systems, eCommerce, and more (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).

Ensure data integrity across platforms with migration & workflow data fabric expertise.
What You Bring? Strong ServiceNow expertise across workflows (CX, TX, EX).? Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub.? Hands-on integration skills (APIs, external systems).? Understanding of customer journeys & employee lifecycle touchpoints.? Collaborative mindset – able to bridge business & technical needs.
Security Clearance – ImportantThis role requires Security Check (SC) clearance eligibility. To be considered you must:
