ServiceNow Implementation Specialist\\nUK (Hybrid / Flexible working)\\nSalary: Negotiable (depending on experience)\\n\\nAre you a ServiceNow expert with a passion for transforming customer, employee, and technology experiences? We're looking for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our clients Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice. This is a technical and strategic role, offering the opportunity to design, build, and integrate cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive seamless workflows and unlock real value for both customers and employees.\\n\\nWhat you'll do\\n\\nDevelop and deliver ServiceNow workflow applications, including:\\n\\nCustomer Experience: CSM, Field Service Management, Customer Service Portal\\n\\nTechnology Experience: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM\\n\\nEmployee Experience: HRSD, onboarding, workplace service delivery\\n\\nDesign modern user experiences using ServiceNow's Experience Layer, UI Builder, and portals.\\n\\nIntegrate ServiceNow with external systems (CRMs, HR platforms, eCommerce, etc.) via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.\\n\\nManage data migration and ensure alignment across ServiceNow modules and external platforms.\\n\\nWhat you'll bring\\n\\nProven expertise with the ServiceNow platform (Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience workflows).\\n\\nStrong understanding of customer journeys (marketing, sales, commerce) and employee lifecycles (onboarding, career development).\\n\\nTechnical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.\\n\\nExperience in system integration and workflow automation.\\n\\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to bridge technical and business needs.\\n\\nProblem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and troubleshoot complex issues.\\n\\nSecurity clearance\\n\\nThis role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
