WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Leading end-to-end service design activities, from initial discovery through to implementation and delivery. Designing and shaping innovative digital services around user needs and business objectives. Applying GDS standards, accessibility requirements and inclusive design principles. Planning and facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, co-design activities and design sprints. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI Designers, User Researchers, Product Owners and Developers. Using research, insights and service mapping to identify opportunities and improve customer experiences. Supporting and mentoring junior designers while contributing to the wider design community.
