This role will see you own the Scotland & Ireland Territory.

What's on Offer- OTE: £180,000 - £200,000+ (50/50 split)
- Commission: Fully uncapped, with accelerators beyond 100%

Key focus areas:- Drive new-logo enterprise business from prospecting through to close
- Build and enable net-new VAR and distribution partners - not inherited relationships
- Maintain tight discipline around forecasting, deal hygiene, and execution
- Create a repeatable territory plan that delivers quarter-on-quarter growth
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise technology sales
- Background in backup, storage, or data-protection solutions (ideally with a vendor)
- Strong experience in channel-led selling - signing, enabling, and growing partners
- Experience with direct end user selling
