They are seeking a skilled Product Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users, delivering expert support across phone, email, and webchat, and will troubleshoot technical issues, assist new users, and collaborate with teams to enhance our clinical system.\\n\\nWhat You'll Do:\\n\\nProvide responsive customer support using Zendesk, Slack & Google Suite.\\nTrain internal and external users, improving self-service resources.\\nManage escalations and contribute insights to product development.\\nMaintain up-to-date help materials and process improvements. \\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\n2-4 years in customer support or success operations.\\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.\\nExperience with Zendesk, Confluence, and Google Suite.\\nA team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach.\\nDesirable: NHS/healthcare experience & primary care system knowledge. \\n\\nShift Patterns: Alternate weekly early (6:30 am-2:30 pm) & late (12:30 pm-8:30 pm) shifts, including weekends & bank holidays.
