We're recruiting for an experienced NPI Programme Manager to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation, supporting the delivery of exciting new product introduction programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex engineering projects from concept through to product launch, working with global, cross-functional teams to introduce innovative technologies and products into manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes from initiation through to launch.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive programme delivery to meet quality, cost and schedule objectives.
About You
You’ll have experience in:
- Engineering Project or Programme Management.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).
- Automotive, aerospace or mechanical manufacturing environments.
- Managing multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.

- £50.44 per hour (£403.52 per day) - Inside IR35
- Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
