Job Title: Marketing Text & Voice Automation Specialist ( Remote )
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Day Rate: Β£375 per day
Role Overview:
We're supporting a client in sourcing an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with a focus on deploying and managing AI-powered text and voice agents. The successful contractor will lead the development of intelligent conversational campaigns across channels like SMS, WhatsApp, chatbots, and voice calls β aimed at driving customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver automated marketing campaigns using voice and messaging channels
- Build and manage text and voice-based conversational agents for marketing and sales follow-ups
- Integrate campaigns with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Optimise workflows for lead qualification, re-engagement, and conversion
- Analyse and report on performance metrics; make data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product
- Manage tools such as Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, or Conversica
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with voice and text automation platforms (eg, Twilio, Amazon Connect, Google Dialogflow, Cognigy)
- Proven track record in automated outbound marketing campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, chatbot, or IVR)
- Solid understanding of CRM integration and customer journey mapping
- Ability to write and optimise scripts/prompts for AI agents
- Comfortable with data tracking, campaign analytics, and reporting
- Experience working in agile marketing or digital-first teams
Desirable:
- Exposure to tools like Tidio, ManyChat, Intercom, or Voiceflow
- Experience using Conversational AI/NLP platforms
