About the Role

This is not a desk‑based project management position. We are looking for a proactive engineer who is comfortable spending time on the shopfloor, engaging directly with operations teams and driving projects through to completion.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an entire process area, identify previously unresolved issues and influence the direction of future improvement projects. You'll be joining a team where your expertise and initiative will have a genuine impact from day one.
