83zero Ltd. is seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month contract in Maidenhead. The role focuses on candidate sourcing across the UK, Nordics and Belgium, with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle where appropriate.
You will partner with TA Leads, build robust pipelines, actively engage passive candidates and ensure high-quality shortlists for hiring teams, while maintaining accurate ATS records and delivering a strong candidate experience.
