Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a range of control systems (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline).
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and small-scale projects.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests.
- Conduct system checks and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
- Participate in training and remain up to date with industry standards and developments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following systems: Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
