We're looking for a hands-on AI Transformation Engineer to help redesign how a growing organisation operates using AI, automation, data and modern technology. This isn't a traditional Business Analyst, Consultancy or internal IT role. You'll embed directly with teams across Finance, People, Sales, Customer and Operations, understand how work really gets done, identify friction and then design and build better ways of working. You'll own problems end-to-end: Discover, Design, Build, Deploy, Measure, Scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify inefficient processes, bottlenecks and opportunities for transformation.
- Understand how data, systems, people and processes connect across the organisation.
- Design and build AI-enabled solutions including agents, copilots, automated workflows, dashboards, integrations and internal applications.
- Prototype quickly and turn successful ideas into production-ready solutions.
- Integrate existing SaaS and enterprise platforms using APIs and modern data approaches.
- Redesign processes rather than simply automating what already exists.
- Work closely with operational teams and senior leadership to drive adoption.
- Measure tangible impact including efficiency, speed, accuracy, cost reduction and improved decision-making.
- Build reusable solutions, documentation and operating standards that can scale across the business.
What we're looking for:
- You’ll combine technical engineering capability with strong commercial and operational understanding.
- Experience designing or building production technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, APIs and integrations.
- Experience working across SaaS and enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to AI, LLMs, AI agents or intelligent automation.
- Coding capability alongside experience with low-code/no-code technologies.
- Understanding of security, permissions, governance and production reliability.
- Experience improving business processes across areas such as Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, People or enterprise systems.
- The ability to take an ambiguous business problem and turn it into a practical technology solution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work from frontline users through to executive leadership.
The opportunity:
This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of AI, engineering and business transformation. You won't simply advise on transformation, you'll build it.
