Executive Briefing Coordinator – 12 Month Contract Location: London Rate: £30-£40 per hour 83zero is hiring for an experienced Executive Briefing Coordinator to support a leading global technology company\’s Executive Briefing Program in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to high-impact customer engagement initiatives. About the Role You\’ll be responsible for the planning, setup, and execution of executive briefings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for visiting customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and concierge-level service delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all logistical aspects of executive briefings, including catering, room setup, and marketing materials Act as the main point of contact for briefing requestors and internal teams Provide on-site support during briefings, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality customer experience Maintain relationships with vendors and facilities teams to ensure operational excellence Assist with special projects and maintain a library of local recommendations for visiting guests Capture and report briefing data to support team KPIs Skills & Experience Proven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities management Strong customer service orientation and executive presence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in a corporate, multinational setting preferred Interest in customer engagement, marketing, or sales strategy Degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field is a plus Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
