We're looking for an experienced and strategic Customer & Consumer Data Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative data products that drive real business value. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about transforming business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions, while leading cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the Customer & Consumer Data Product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI can solve key challenges
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions across BI, analytics, data modelling, and AI
- Lead and manage the Data Product team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-value data solutions
- Collaborate with architects, platform teams, governance, security, and compliance stakeholders
- Prioritise product backlogs and align delivery with business priorities
- Drive innovation through automation, self-service analytics, and AI-driven insights
- Champion continuous improvement and emerging technologies within the data ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years' experience in Data Product Management, BI, Data Engineering, or related fields
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions
- Expertise with tools such as Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/Datasphere, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into business value
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Customer and/or Consumer Data
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Certifications such as Agile, SAFe®, or Google Data Analytics are advantageous
