Channel Partner Manager - France

Location: France | Fully Remote | Travel Across France Required

Permanent Position

Salary: €42,000 - €45,000 Base Salary | OTE €70,000 - €75,000+ | Uncapped Commission Structure

We're looking for a motivated Channel Partner Manager to manage and grow an established reseller network across France while also identifying and developing new dealer and reseller partnerships. The Role

Reporting directly to the Cluster Lead, you'll play a key role in driving channel growth throughout France. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing partners
  • Acquiring new dealers and reseller partners across France
  • Driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
  • Delivering product demonstrations and partner training
  • Supporting resellers with opportunities, tenders, and customer engagement
  • Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Representing the business at events, webinars, and partner meetings

This role is fully remote, but regular travel within France is essential.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of sales or channel experience
  • Fluent French speaker (essential)
  • Energetic, driven, and ambitious mindset
  • Comfortable with partner management and business development
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly Desirable Experience

Experience in:

  • Print management solutions
  • Channel/reseller sales

Candidates with strong direct sales experience and channel awareness are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • Uncapped commission model
  • OTE €70k-€75k realistic earnings
  • Top performers can exceed €90k-€100k
  • Additional annual bonus: 1% paid immediately upon achieving annual target, 1% paid the following May based on product sales mix performance
