We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Procurement Professional to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will support our Procurement and Specialty Products Category teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement cycle: source quotations, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and policies.
  • Lead and support cost-saving projects and resolve procurement or invoice-related issues.
  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Support cross-functional teams using a variety of procurement and business platforms such as Power BI, PROcure, Glovia, and more.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across quality, cost, logistics, development, and management (QCLDM) areas.
  • Provide coverage for other procurement functions as needed and assist in audit preparation.
