I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.

Location: Manchester or Inverness - 5 days onsite

Salary: Up to £100K + 5% bonus

BPSS clearance required. Must be UK-based.

The role

You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model
  • Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
  • KPI/SLA management and reporting
  • Stakeholder, risk and issue management
  • Driving continuous service improvement

What we're looking for

Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of: IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI. Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable. You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.

Clearance

Candidates must be eligible for BPSS. We can consider ILR, Dependant visa and dual-national candidates, provided you currently live in the UK.
