Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Modern Workplace & Security Gloucestershire (Hybrid) Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor. This is a hands‑on senior engineering role with a strong focus on: * Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation * Entra ID & Conditional Access * Intune & Endpoint Management * Microsoft Security stack (Defender / Purview / Sentinel) * Zero Trust & secure design principles * Tenant remediation & standardisation * Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling * PowerShell & automation * Customer‑facing consulting & technical leadership You’ll be: * Leading complex technical projects & escalations * Designing secure Microsoft environments * Improving engineering standards & service quality * Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice * Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations * Working directly with customers at both business & technical levels Ideal background: * Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience * Entra ID / Intune / Endpoint Security expertise * Experience in MSP or multi‑customer environments * Microsoft security tooling experience * Comfortable leading conversations with customers * MS102 / MD102 / SC / AZ certifications highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
