The Opportunity
We're looking for a senior Lead Architect to join the Account Leadership Team of a large and complex Managed Services environment .
This is a genuine architecture leadership role, responsible for the overall technical direction, governance and architectural integrity of the account.
You'll act as a trusted technical adviser to senior stakeholders, providing strategic direction across a broad technology landscape and leading a community of Domain Architects and Engineers.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end account architecture across a complex technology estate.
Provide architectural leadership across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Workplace and other technology domains .
Define technology roadmaps and future-state architectures.
Govern technical change and ensure alignment with standards and contractual commitments.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Provide technical direction and leadership across architecture and engineering teams.
Balance technical, commercial and business requirements within a Managed Services environment.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Lead / Account / Enterprise Architect within Managed Services .
Broad, cross-domain architecture experience rather than a single technology specialism.
Experience governing large and complex technology estates .
Strong senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Proven technical leadership and influencing capability.
Commercial awareness and experience working within Managed Services contracts and delivery environments .
